Cause No. 10-DCV-186083 in the 434th Judicial District Court of Fort Bend County, TX

• Coverage dispute with favorable rulings through the Texas Supreme Court recently settled post remand.

Cause No. 2008-57972 in the 334th Judicial District Court of Harris County, TX

• Contractual dispute resulting in favorable ruling for my client in arbitration before the Hon. Raul Gonzalez, Texas Supreme Court Retired. 

Cause No. 2006-47620 in the 113th Judicial District Court of Harris County, TX

• Last jury trial of the longtime presiding Hon. Patricia Hancock resulting in ruling for my client through J.N.O.V., upheld on appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.
